We, at Griffin Oil and Propane, feel that our business thrives on the principles of customer service and personal satisfaction. This company philosophy becomes apparent from the time you need fuel, to the time you are billed. Our dispatchers and customer service representatives reflect this same attitude in order to satisfy all of your energy needs. ![]() DeliveryOur quick and knowledgeable dispatch department allows for efficient deliveries for all of our products and services. Trucks can either be dispatched from our plant or radioed in route to allow for quicker deliveries. Keep-Fill Customers - These customers are set up in our system to be automatically filled according to your usage. You no longer have to call for your any of your deliveries, just let us set you up on our Keep-Fill system and forget about keeping track of your fuel. Call-In Customers - These customers keep track of their own fuel supply and simply call our office for any additional deliveries. Once delivered, the charges can then be charged to your account and paid by any of our friendly payment options. BillingOur billing schedules can be developed to best suit your payment needs. At the time of delivery, a customized receipt is left detailing your delivery amount and balance. Any balance can then be paid at that time or billed every 30 days in our invoice statements. Any further balance that remains is then to be charged with a 1.5% monthly finance charge.Payment Options
Payment ProgramsBudget - Our Budget Plan allows our customers to ease their heating bill burden by making a set monthly budget payment. This program allows you to separate your cost into 10 equal payments for 10 months. The last two months of the year are then used to either settle additional balances or build a credit towards your next purchase. Fuel Assistance - The Fuel Assistance Program is a Federal Program that allows low-income families to cope with their heating costs by allotting them funds. This program can be applied to #2 Heating Oil, Kerosene, or Propane. In order to receive this help, one must apply for the assistance at your local Department of Social Services.
